Common bugs
Folder names beginning with a dash or tilde - suggestion that contents of mailboxes may be being deleted. Need to chase this up with Owen and try reproduce first.
Forwarding of inline images breaks, bugzilla 315625
Profile manager deletes some non-TB files if placed in a folder with other files, bug 302087. Potentially nasty, but only a cornercase.
Zero length files in windows are problematic with system cleaners such as System Mechanic. Logged in bugzilla as 318471.
